New Inventions

I was surfing the net when I came across this new invention, for now it is called the "wonder tent". It is a tent that basically helps you to find it when your lost camping. I would like to see someone invent an app that locate your purse, becuase as a female, that is something I often loose.

MatchMyOutfit.com I think is one of thew most successful groups that I have been apart of this semmester. I am thinking more and more about it these days and I have decided to go forward with the idea because it inspired me.

New Iphone App

Here is a really cool app I found that is new to iphone. I wonder how it really works. I had an idea once that was some what similar, it entailed an computer device taking an image and identifying it. So instead of searching for the image, you imput the image and the computer identitfies it for you. The creation of this Iphone app makes it look very possible someday. Check it out.

When Robot programmers are bored,

I think, when you are bored and are trying to create something or do something fun, that this is where a lot of good ideas comes from. This video reminds me of that, perhaps it will turn out be a part of a new six flags theme park ride some day.

Cool way to promote a movie

Have you ever seen the Tourist? I haven't but I think that I will soon, as a result this killer 3D projection mapping on a building promoting it. As an amateur videographer I found this be quiet an interesting use of screen and geometrics of the building and have an appreciation for the time and effort put into making this presentation. How to explain different cultures

As an immigrant myself, born in Jamaica, I often find it very interesting the way my culture is talked about here in America. Some people often think of us as all drug lords who smoke marijuana, have dreadlocks and curse a lot. This impression of my culture is often reflected in the media for example in movies like Bad Boys 2. I though of this when I saw this video of how American explains Canada.
